Meditation Instruction

 

My Practice

Meditation started out as a way for me to manage my chronic symptoms, but has since evolved into a daily practice that helps me feel more alert and present. I practice both Transcendental Meditation and Mindfulness Meditation.

In 2020, I completed a 200-hour Mindfulness Meditation Teacher Training through New York’s Interdependence Project.

 

Private Instruction

I teach Mindfulness Meditation through guided sessions that are tailored to your needs.

While I work with all types of clients, I especially love working with people who are worried they’re not cut out for meditating, those who have tried it before and just felt they weren’t doing it right.

My goal is to help you learn how to meditated, to develop a practice that fits in your life, and ultimately to feel confidant in your ability to meditate on your own, without guidance.
